Credit Card Payment

• The accepted credit cards are all those that rely on the Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits. In case of purchase with an American Express credit card, we remind you that the destination address of the goods must match the one declared at the time of issuing the card: otherwise, you must contact the American Express call center at 06-72280371 to authorize the shipping to a different address.
• In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of the same by MECS srl, it will involve the contextual request to the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. The release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry date (typically 24-25 days from the date of authorization). Once the transaction has been canceled, in no case MECS srl can be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.
• MECS srl reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (eg landline phone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In the absence of the required documentation, MECS srl reserves the right not to accept the order.
• As a greater guarantee and security for the Customer, at no time during the purchase procedure MECS srl is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction. No computer archive of MECS srl will keep such data. In no case MECS srl can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment of products purchased on MECS srl.

Times of delivery
The processing times depend on the availability of the products ordered, and on the payment method chosen. All orders, containing products available in stock, for which payment confirmation has been received by 12.00 on a working day, are entrusted to the courier already on the evening of the same day.

Delivery times of the goods
The goods will be shipped by express courier and delivered within an average time of 1/4 working days following shipment.

The average delivery times from placing the order are as follows:

• Payment Credit Card / PayPal: 1/2 working days from order date
• Payment Bank transfer: 3/4 working days from receipt of the payment account

The delivery times indicated represent the time normally required to deliver the products and are provided for indicative purposes only, without any commitment or guarantee of compliance with them by MECS srl.
